As a service provider that manages your business on the internet,
information integrity and trust is of pivotal importance during
the conduct of business. We will NOT disclose any Personal Information
except as described in this policy or in the Terms
and Conditions.
Pixeledge may disclose user information, including demographic data,
in 4 instances only:
1) in an aggregated form that does not identify individual users
in order to describe its services to prospective partners, advertisers
and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes,
2) when we believe in good faith that the law requires it,
3) to protect the rights or property of Pixeledge or its visitors,
and/or
4) to the agent who referred a user to Pixeledge.
Copyright Policy
Pixeledge respects the copyright and intellectual property rights
of others, and believes that our members should respect those rights
as well. Materials which infringe or appear to infringe upon the
proprietary rights of others may be removed by Pixeledge in our
sole discretion. In addition, Pixeledge may terminate the accounts
of members who appear to infringe the copyright or other intellectual
property rights of others.
If you believe that your copyright in any material has been infringed
on a website hosted by Pixeledge, please notify Pixeledge.
The abuse and misuse of e-mail is a serious problem, and Pixeledge
will not tolerate it. If you have been the victim of SPAM sent by
one of our customers, please forward the e-mail, including its headers,
to abuse@Pixeledge.com.
Definition of SPAM, or
UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail)
The bulk UCE, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation
sent via e-mail that advertise any IP address belonging to Pixeledge
or any URL (domain) that is hosted by Pixeledge.
Unsolicited postings to newsgroups advertising any IP or URL hosted
by Pixeledge.
The use of webpages set up on ISPs that allow SPAM-ing (also known
as "ghost sites") that directly or indirectly reference
customers to domains or IP addresses hosted by Pixeledge.
Advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software,
program, product, or service that is designed to facilitate a means
to SPAM.
Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or
in part, to mask the true origin of the message.

We believe strongly in promoting "netiquette", or proper
use of the Internet. A strong anti-spamming policy will benefit
all of us by establishing Pixeledge & our customers as effective
sources of virtual servers and web design services.
