Where/ How to Log into webmail?
From the Internet Explorer address/URL bar, key in "http://webmail.yourdomainname.com" and press enter. (Eg: if your domain is 123.com, your Webmail access address is "http://webmail.123.com")

How can I set auto-response in Webmail?
When logged in, click on "Options" at the top menu. At the "Options" screen, select "Auto Response". Tick "Auto Response Enabled" and type in the message you want to. Click "update" when you're done.

How can I set my Signature and Time settings Webmail?
When logged in, click on "Options" at the top menu. At the "Options" screen, select "Settings". Select the options at "Regional settings" to suit you. If you want Signatures, Tick "Auto Signature Enabled" and type in the message you want to. Click "update" when you're done.

The Window is too small, I cannot read my emails in the webmail!
There are 2 ways to read your emails in webmail:

1) If click on the message list, your email message will appear below at the "preview pane". If the preview pane is too small, drag it bigger by selecting the line shown below...

... Drag and resize the pane as you wish.

or you can OPEN THE EMAIL MESSAGE IN NEW POP-UP WINDOW, just click on the icon shown below:

Can I change the webmail template?
Yes you can, just select the "Skin" options at the login screen:
